II started my career in Boulder, Colorado, working for a small organic beverage brand that I launched on Amazon in 2008. What began as a single product listing quickly became the company’s top-performing channel, and the start of a career spent operating inside Amazon long before it became the ecosystem it is today.
From there, I joined Beekeeper Marketing as an early team member, supporting national CPG brands as the company scaled and was later acquired by Advantage Solutions. I became the internal subject‑matter expert for Seller Central, training and supporting more than 100 team members while managing complex operational and strategic challenges for clients.
Over the last two decades, I’ve worked with more than 300 brands and managed over $500M in Amazon revenue, from early‑stage startups to globally recognized names. I eventually launched and led my own agency, building and mentoring a team while overseeing high‑stakes growth, launches, and turnarounds across dozens of categories.
